Standard is $99/month or $990/year (up to 250 SDS) and adds floor-plan inventory, French-coverage tracking, priority parsing, and an audit trail. Enterprise is custom-priced for unlimited SDS, SSO, and a dedicated team. All prices in CAD.

What happens when I reach my SDS limit?

Nothing is deleted and you keep full access to everything you already have. Adding an SDS past your plan's limit simply prompts an in-app upgrade — no sales call, no re-onboarding. Drafts and archived sheets don't count toward the limit.

Does the mobile app work offline?

Yes. The entire SDS catalog is cached on the device. Workers can scan QR codes, read SDSs, and record acknowledgements with no network — everything syncs when reconnected.

Is the software available in French?

Yes, fully bilingual UI and content. Quebec teams run it entirely in French; generated labels, reports, and SDS content support both languages.

How does the automatic SDS update work?

Three parallel mechanisms: (1) weekly HTTP Last-Modified check, (2) SHA-256 content-hash fallback for CDNs without Last-Modified, (3) email intake — suppliers can send revisions to sds-intake+ @certigo.net. Any AI parse with confidence < 0.85 goes to human review.
